Hi, I’m currently a SBA lender who specializes in financing businesses with the 7a loan program. I see a need for consulting services on the seller side. There are a lot of advisors working with the buyers but I feel like sellers are not fully told about the process to sell and they don’t know anything about the process of selling their business when their buyer is using a loan to buy them out. I feel like I can assist them with how to prepare their business to sell especially if they want to sell to an employee or a qualified buyer.

I’m not sure on how to go about it. I was thinking of starting a YouTube channel and using social media to get my face out there, and possibly create digital products once I had a following.

What do you guys think?

I believe there is a need especially for mom and pop and small balance properties.

If you want to create a presence, you may want to consider getting published.

When I started my gig, my mentor paved the way for me to write “how-to” articles in the industry trade journals.

This gave me opportunity to demonstrate knowledge and skills plus I got to place a short bio and contact information (leads).

Eventually this led to feature articles and a monthly column.

I thought about that. Like an E-book? How much does it cost to publish a book?

Hey, I’d like to PM you, I have a lot of expertise with regards to small businesses in the shipping and logistics sector. I work in a different field now; but I’d be happy to share my experience if that would be of help.

Why not offer a free offer thats driven through an intake form? Like a quick one hour consult or something.
