As the title says. I’m looking for a calendar/scheduler for my business that can allow me to view different appointments that may conflict with each other. We have an entertainment type business where ppl can book out a room out of 7 that we have and can range from 1 hour to 4 hours.
We currently use Google Calendar, but we hate how we can’t move the booking tabs around so that they’re in order according to the room number. It also gets a little confusing at times.
Preferably free or 1 time payment if possible please.
It sounds to me like in google calendar you need to create one for each room. It will automatically color coordinate the calendars for you. Than you can overlay the calendars to get a view of all of them at once. I can take a look for you if you’d like and see if it makes sense.
