Does anyone know NYS laws on selling tobacco-free nicotine products? I can only find information on licenses for cigarettes/tobacco and e-cigarettes/vapes. What if you want to sell nicotine pouches, gum, etc? What licenses do you need to sell to the public? Do you need licenses to sell to stores with licenses?
All nicotine products are now considered tobacco products even if they have no tobacco. You’ll need a tobacco license.
