3 of my biggest clients are leaving and I now have to let 3 ppl go. I’ve only terminated 1 person and these 3 aren’t being let go due to lack of them doing their job or any personality issues… I just can’t pay them passed November 31st since the clients will be gone. What do I need to do for laying people off due to lack of work available?
I feel terrible cause 1 has been with me 3 weeks, the other a month and the other 5 months. Ughh I hate this but it’s a step I have to take… it is $15k I’m losing.
