The other party like the concept but don’t like the design of the product.

(By Other party I mean Cafe owners mostly).

Everyone (cafe owner)has own unique preference and demand!!

How to solve this issue?

Owners like the concept but complain about the design.

If I modify design according to them the production cost will increase. Then I will not be able to provide them the product at suitable price. Then again they will not buy the product and start to complain about the selling cost

How to sort out this issue?

    Every one(Cafe owner) has their own demands. Some want different colour, while other want little modification in the shape.

    Problem is that every time design is changes whole process need to start from very beginning. Which is costly.

    Issue with colouring is that if order in given for same colour for bulk quantity of product then the cost of colouring is low. If I go to colour the product by their preference(every one want different colour) then cost of colouring rise for me.

    If I try to modify the product according to their demands then I have to increase the selling price then due to price they will not buy the product!!

    They want their own design as nature of my product is I sell them the product and then they can again sell the product with some add-ons to their customers(Regular people who go to Cafe to eat or drink)

    When I say they don’t know what they want is because they are not sure about preference of their customer is what I think.

    The cafe owners agree that concept will work but don’t know about their customers! Since they don’t know about their customer preference I tried to sell them my product with general design . Design I will use in all cafe for the product.

    Then the other cafe owners want little modification in product like colour and the cycle repeats.
