    It’s a lot better to do your research ahead of the call. Be creative, be confident, and make sure that you have a professional platform or any online “portfolio” so your prospect can get some perspective, it also helps them make a more clear decision, as they trust your brand. I learned this the hard way. Wishing you all the best with it!
