I would like to buy a large business that cash flows but I need a lot of money to buy it, where do I start? I could leverage my house?

      Hi! Me & my partner are recently purchased a piece of land and are in the process of creating an off-grid sustainable destination. We are currently looking for about $15-30K in funding. Since property is off-grid we are unable to get conventional loan, & had to pursue a personal loan. We are more than comfortable and capable of making repayment of this size of loan… we just believe our only current option is private investors (family isn’t option unfortunately).

      Have about $60K investments, $15K cash, & income that allows the ability for comfortable repayment.

      SOS. Please help us. LOL.
