I use a local bank that has 6-7 branches. I hesitated at first, because their wire process is complicated. When I was small they would hold large checks for 10-14 days. As I grew and there was more trust there was less of an issue. Then covid hit, and I got my PPP stuff completely in like 4 days. It was insane. All of my buddies who own companies were having meltdowns because wells fargos and etc were taking months and months, if processing them at all. After that I decided to stick with them.
Seconding the local bank for a small business. I’ve been with my local bank (3 branches) since I opened my first personal account, and they make everything so easy, and customer service is top notch.
