I’m hoping to gain some clarity and what to do as I go through the process of starting up a business. Originally I had planned to start up a lawn care and snow removal company. While speaking to my local small business advisor I had mentioned that I was currently cleaning houses on the side for friends and family. I asked if I should drop this to focus solely on creating the lawn care business and she perked up and suggested that I combine them to offer whole home services. Initially I thought it to be a great idea but I’m wondering what the hive mind thinks. Is it too much? Just right? This would be strictly on a residential basis for both the exterior and interior services.
