I’ve googled and searched for days but the only thing I’ve found is how to become a bidder, not a vendor/supplier. Does anyone have any resources/links?

    If you don’t get any answers using that route, let me know. My mother has decades of experience helping run various businesses in the state of WI, and I’m almost certain that some of those businesses were vendors. I’d ask her now, but it’s after midnight as I’m replying to this, and I know she’s sleeping.
