What specific financial insights do you believe would change the game for your business management if you had more access or clarity

    I’d add 1/2 - 1 acre of land, then renovate at least part of my small retail cre strip center, probably be able to add a few units to rent. (Really not any land I could buy for this. I wouldn’t be too willing taking on renovation costs, unless I figure out feasibility.) fun! Thnx.

        Currently, & nothing on the horizon… I’m a co-owner of a small retail cre strip center. I head the corporate LLC & am ‘watcher’/contact btwn owners & PM. (I also head w/lenders, planning, asset mgr…. We r SMALL!). I’ve also renovated a few vacant properties into restaurant/mixed use performing property… & I was Chef/owner/bookings of the independent food biz… also has alcohol, coffee, live entertainment (original music, poetry, art…)
