My usual tech stack involves: Database: PostgreSQL Backend/Microservices: Golang Frontend: NextJS

To get things up quicker though I’ve recently been using NextJS API routes instead of golang for the API as it isn’t always necessary.

    Most sims provide a snapshot of your previous shot plus 30ish data fields. You can look at each of your shots individually but not across time. I also couldn’t tell you what half the metrics mean there are just so many of them.

    I am answering questions such as:

    • what does this metric mean
    • how can I improve upon this metric
    • what am I doing across the board

    I am working towards answering:

    • Am I getting better over time
    • Can I connect with a coach to talk me through my stats
    • Can you help manage the analytics for my golf team
