To get things up quicker though I’ve recently been using NextJS API routes instead of golang for the API as it isn’t always necessary.
I’m working on a white glove Technical Support GPT for levels 1,2,3 and SMB where a massive gap is needing some filling. I can create JSON for public API, but could use a more technical cofounder for sure on the vision.
It currently passes a custom exam, CompTIA A+, Net+ as well and offers a lot of custom knowledge I have created.
But that’s not all! With the addition of Vision, you can take pictures for support or just general questions about tech while shopping.
But that’s not all round 2! You can also escalate chats to live technicians if it’s not working for you.
