Just found out that I can’t open a 401k individually as a self employed business owner and was redirected to SEP IRA. It seems I have more options if I open a 401k for my employees. Can anyone recommend good 401k options for employees? How do you guys save for your 401k as small business owner with employees? I feel lost and overwhelmed.

Simple IRA is what you want. 401k are way more complicated.
