Had one years ago. I don’t think they have interest but I could be wrong. It was simple as they take payment out of your sales. Just make sure the numbers make sense. We used it for marketing, which worked for us.

Don’t do it. They may not have interest but the flat fee generally equates to a really high interest rate.
