I live in a rural area. I found an old abandoned school and I am pretty sure I can get it for dirt cheap. It is constructed with cement blocks and has a concrete floor, would need a new A-Frame roof to begin with. Can anyone think of a profitable business that I could use it for? Thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

    Be careful. I worked in a school district many years ago (20+). They built a new building and was going to sell off the old k-4 building. Problem was upon inspection they found a ton of asbestos. Cleanup was going to be more than the building was worth. I’m pretty sure it’s still empty.

      I think I heard that from my friends, but if I could figure out a business idea, I may be able to get grant money for the cleanup, thanks for your input
