I’m (24M) want to grow my current side hustle of private tutoring into an official small business. I know I need to establish it as an LLC first, but outside of that, I’m confused on where to go from there officially. Do I need to get an official license? Once I register my business as an LLC, am I good to go? How do taxes look after that - I’m lost and am not sure who to ask for help/guidance. I just want to do it by the book and not be surprised later down the road that I missed a step and am doing something super wrong.
