This kind of website exists in other countries but not mine, I would like to do it here.

EDIT: These are NOT the ideas I want to do, but just to give an example of what I mean with many countries have their own is: a hotel-finder website exclusive for hotels of that country, food delivery website with restaurants of that country, etc.

I have no programming knowledge and would prefer a professional handling it rather than me learning how to, as I really want it to work 100%.

Who exactly do I need to hire? A programmer?

Would a local one or international better? (Wouldn’t want to get the idea stolen but also don’t know if it’s a good idea that someone abroad manages it)

The idea doesn’t require much investment other than building the website and later promoting it.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
