I was also thinking like this when I started but a few things changed my mind later. I will share it with you. That’s just my experience so totally up to you to take it however u like.
See, if you plan to grow all organically, then launching multiple apps at once may be a good idea because ASO, SEO and blogging, maintaining social media are mostly time-consuming and limited investment. But when you want to grow fast you need to invest in marketing, ads, maybe UGC ads, and hell other paid channels. Then this strategy starts to fail if your pockets are not deep. That’s just my experience. I have shortlisted 3 apps now that I will be focusing and till the time I don’t see any success I am going to restrict myself from launching new apps.
But I feel you to some extent launching new products is a different HIGH all together

I also want to start working on my project but I do get lost sometime deciding the tech stack. Could you help me with your choice of technologies? Also, how do I get rid of the problem of paradox of choice? I know people recommend to start with what you already know. But I am a backend dev and nearly no experience in frontend. How should I solve this problem? If I start learning the basics of UI/UX design, I’ll be stuck on one product forever.

P.S. All the best with your adventures though!!

Good luck!! I said the same thing at the start of 2023, 12 apps in 12 months…and I didn’t even manage to get one app out.

But not trying to discourage you, the journey will be hard but I believe it depends on one’s willpower to see even one app through.
