Anyone have experience with using ADP or Insperity or Rippling and can recommend one over the other?

    • Insperity is very expensive but solid
    • Rippling is a jack of all trades type company. can’t say they do one thing perfect but are solid overall
    • ADP is not worth your time

I work for Justworks, so feel free to ping me if you wanna learn more about the PEO space

I work for a privately owned PEO and compete against these guys.

    Tall-Program’s assessment is pretty accurate.

Insperity is very expensive. However, I’ve talked to companies that are happy with Insperity and don’t want to change even if we can save them tens of thousands. So they must be doing something right.

The thing about a lot of these bigger guys is they push people towards online ticketing systems. As someone who worked in technology before, that can work great for a lot of people/companies. Other times this can result in a decline in customer service.

In terms of health insurance, it looks like you are set on BCBS so it will depend on if they fit that criteria or not. The company I work with offers BCBS plans. PM if you want to know more.
