Hey there!
I have a background in programming (mostly c, python and big data), but never really got into app and web development. Now I have some ideas for apps and websites that I would like to try out. I did see here some awesome apps and land pages which seem really nice, so for those of you who didnt have that specific skill set - how did you start? Just asking for guidance from chatGPT? did you use any tutorials on these topics? Would love to hear your insights.

    I would suggest start with no code tools of you want to build A quick webapp like bubble. If your testing out your ideas use a simple website builder like webflow or godaddy

    hey, jumping into app and web dev is a cool move.

    you’ve got a programming background - that’s a solid start.

    for web dev, start with the basics: html, css, and javascript.

    there’s a ton of online resources, like free code camp or w3schools.

    for app development, decide if you want to go native or use a framework.

    tutorials? absolutely. youtube’s full of them. udemy’s got great courses too.

    and yes, chatgpt can be a handy guide for quick questions or coding help.

    it’s about piecing together different learning resources and lots of practice.

    Start with django for backend and use chat gpt mainly for finding why which error occurred it took me very little while to implement a website with various functionalities.
