Any technical co-founder working in an AI for HR/Recruiting? I believe this is one of the easiest sectors to disrupt and the market will buy into it. AI will chat with the hiring manager, create the job description and find the team’s needs. It will also chat with team members to find the culture and team’s personality. AI will post the job and look into databases for the best candidates, filter them, and interview them and AI will present the best candidates to the hiring manager based on skills and personality. No human-to-human interaction is needed so far, the hiring manager will decide who to hire or who to interview based on AI. AI can even make the job offer and close the deal.     What about something simpler first, like an interactive LinkedIn profile or resume so you can show recruiters more of what you got and recruiters/hiring managers can see more of what you got. Kinda like a mini Google search for your career experience.

    You can link it on your resume and LinkedIn profiles.

    Side note: Don’t you find it ironic that people linked their LinkedIn profile on the resume but not the other way around. Isn’t the resume usually the more up to date item?
