Title says it all, I’m an entrepreneur that works from home and I seem to not being able to follow a healthy lifestyle.

Sometimes I work all day without barely eating, some days it’s the opposite and I just feel lethargic. My sleep schedule is not great, and spending most of the day alone in the house isn’t great either.

Don’t get me wrong, I love doing what I’m doing, but I’m convinced that if I had a healthier lifestyle my productivity will improve by a lot.

So how do you manage all of that ? Would love to hear you experiences and advices.

    I agree with the rest of the comments about building structure and habits.
    Have you watched one of the latest Kurzgezagt on habit building? I personally found it quite helpful on this topic.
