Title says it all, I’m an entrepreneur that works from home and I seem to not being able to follow a healthy lifestyle.

Sometimes I work all day without barely eating, some days it’s the opposite and I just feel lethargic. My sleep schedule is not great, and spending most of the day alone in the house isn’t great either.

Don’t get me wrong, I love doing what I’m doing, but I’m convinced that if I had a healthier lifestyle my productivity will improve by a lot.

So how do you manage all of that ? Would love to hear you experiences and advices.

    I was in a similar boat. I tend to eat after gym workouts so try scheduling that some time in the afternoon. Also, schedule time with friends to play sports- I’m playing soccer, tennis and golf.

      Unfortunately working out and even walking is difficult for me, one of the reason I work from home and don’t have a 9-5 job is that I’m battling Lyme disease, and it sucks man. Joint problems everywhere, back completely broken, and many other health issues. I didn’t say it in the post but this disease for sure doesn’t help my case.
