I’m looking for guidance on how to design, source, and manufacture a laser-cut foam pad with adhesive on the back. Competitor products are using polethylene. Do you have recommendations on steps I should take? I was considering hiring someone on Upwork who is a “Sourcing and Textile Manufacturing Expert” in the US, but wasn’t sure if that’s a waste of time.
