I’m wanting to open yet another side shop because I’m an entrepreneur maniac.
Currently in the shop name portion and for the love of god I can’t figure out a name! Every time I think I’m being creative and using something that speaks to me and my brand… I google it and there’s already one states away.
Am I crazy or does everyone run into this?
If it’s states away and you’re just going to keep it local, who cares? Is it even in the same industry?
I suspect OP would end up in trademark / copyright problems.
For trademark purposes and digital marketing mix up
