Ive been a sound designer professionally for years, big into media as well (youtube, tiktok, instagram, podcast)
My goals are to reach 10k/month in the next 2 years.
My company website is setup, I make content on Tiktok (12k+) and slowly starting YouTube (1k) which is turned into a podcast. This is my marketing at the moment. Growing my audience online. I hope to attend local meetups and get in to businesses ears by cold calling / emailing eventually to offer services.
My company will provide full podcast services (basic audio/visual branding + thumbnails, video + audio podcast, short form media clips from the long form video) - I would go to their location, film + record if necessary. Eventually I would like to offer quick DIY packages for free/cheap.
Are there any marketing tips out there that might be handy for me to implement?

Production company right? Keyword: Company. (business). Businesses don’t make money on free. Also, never associate yourself with the word cheap. Instead, use the word: Discounted.
People are going to hire you based on the value of your product. Going to need to showcase that first with your own podcasts. Now, how do you increase your subscriber base? Well, there’s a myriad of tricks to do that. Google is your best friend. However, I know a great consultant that specializes in that industry.
