Looking for advice on where to even begin. Goal is to open my own Restaurant. Looking for it to be an outdoor backyard party vibe. The place you wanna go on a Saturday night to eat drink and play Cornhole, but also the place to go on a Sunday brunch for mimosas and the sunshine and nice outdoor breeze.
Just don’t know where to begin. Finding a place?? Buy it? Rent it? Licenses? Hiring employees? Getting equipment? Loans to get started? So many questions !
Try to get investors. Lease over own. Keep in mind the weather for wherever you want to open this restaurant in, especially for the outdoor areas.
Do not do this unless you are rich, and want a place to burn your money and time.
Don’t open restaurant as your first business, need to have another source of income to support restaurant operations. Restaurants are a gamble
Restaurants are extremely tough and risky even when you know what you are doing. 💀
A food truck could be a good entry point. You can set up at parks and other open spaces and set up the entertainment and create the atmosphere you want.
