I’m quitting SquareUp after 10 years… their new refund policy caught me totally be surprise and is incredibly unethical, ended up costing me over $200 in the past week from one simple refund (Arg!!)
Thinking of switching to Wave. Can I make invoices for free on wave that DONT give the customer an option to pay with credit card, i.e. there’s just no way I can incur any fees?
And does it keep a library items / prices / rates for sale, and invoice / sales history?

You can prevent CC, yes.
You can not prevent ACH fees.
It does save item, prices, descriptions.
Youll have to test your own use case however.
Orion Suite is also similar to wave at a monthly fee

ANy benefits to using it vs. free wave?
Ive used Wave for 5 years. I only get charged for CC processing, and that’s only when I decided to take credit cards. If you just use the invoicing part it truly does cost $0 dollars
